So Harper is starting the new year fresh. She's going bald.

When I wasn't looking Harper gave herself an extreme makeover. She cut 3 large chunks of hair to the scalp. We decided the best thing to do was to just buzz the little bit that was left off. She's still her crazy, happy self! So if it's alright with her, its alright with me. :)

I recorded this video on my phone a month or so ago, and just was reminded of it. It was right after Harper went poop in the potty for the first time on her own!

This was a couple months ago. Margot was playing hide and seek with me, and of course right when I bring out the camera she gets shy!

Look at her hanging onto that bed post  for dear life! She had been standing there for almost 15 minutes!!! I'd be holding on too! 

**I forgot to button her onsie when I changed her diaper, so I just buckled it over her pants. Haha.

Margot has been really moving lately! She's a fast crawler and is even pulling herself up to standing already! She is developing the sweetest personality, and you can already see the love she has for Harper, constantly following her around on her hands and knees.  She had turned into a solid chunky monkey, that's for sure!
